We are looking for talent for the position of Senior Manager - BDM in Marketing operations vertical for Vodafone Odisha circle.  Below is the short JD for the role.  - To manage and drive the revenues for Odisha Vodafone Circle. Strategize & deliver subscriber and Revenue growth with a core objective of getting incremental CMS and RMS.   - Responsible for managing complete lifecycle of the customers.  Impact on the business:   - The role holder is responsible for the revenue for the circle.   - The incumbent will be responsible to develop and plan marketing strategies to enhance the competitive position. The primary focus will be to increase the revenues by adding more RES and extracting more from the base.   - Ensure that the CMS and RMS objectives of the circle are met.  - Drive a healthy revenue Mix from High Value Acquisition, U & R, Roaming, Campaign and VAS.  Leadership and Teamwork:   - The position is a leadership position in the circle. The role holder would set goals and targets for all revenue Verticals- Acquisition, U&R, VAS, Roaming & Campaign in consultation with Marketing Head, and will monitor the performance of the team on a regular basis.   - The incumbent would need to establish and maintain relationships with peers in the circle from Sales, Enterprise Business, Customer Service, Finance, Network and IN, Technical & IT, as well as, regional and corporate members from the corporate office.   - The role holder should be a team leader who can lead a set of high performing employees.  Knowledge and Experience:   - The role requires in-depth knowledge of marketing in a telecom   - He/She should have handled the U & R & Acquisition or U & R and VAS portfolios earlier.   - He/ She should be able to work in a matrix reporting structure with a significant amount of cross functional dealings.  Typical Outputs:  - Increase in GSR   - Gross Add Market share %  - Net Add  - CMS %   - RMS %  - VAS as a % to Revenue  - Inroaming as a % to Revenue  Team HR Vodafone Odisha Circle
