Vodafone - Senior Manager/AGM - Branch Head (5-7 yrs)
Role Purpose :
- Operations - Drive KPIs of all functions in a branch (geography)
- Partners/Customers - Manage trade partners, agencies & customers
- People - Motivation and retention of the teams
- Environment - Manage environment to ensure smooth operations
Essence Of Role : Key Accountabilities :
Sales :
- Sales - Achieve gross adds target of prepaid & postpaid (corporate and retail channels) products
- Channel infrastructure - Achieve prepaid (recharge outlets, activation outlets, prepaid touch points, town reach) and postpaid distribution (touch points, field force) infrastructure targets
- Market working - 10/12 days in a month
Revenues :
- Achieve prepaid turnover and postpaid billing targets
- Achieve penetration of bonus recharges
- Achieve distribution and contribution of targets of chota recharges
- Cross selling / upselling at stores
Customer Service :
- Postpaid churn
- High ARPU churn
- Quality audits
- Customer complaints resolution
Collection :
- Collection of monthly bills
- Bad debts
- Agency supervision
People :
- Coaching and mentoring team
- Retaining team
Role Dimensions :
- Approvals of tariff plans for customers
- Discounts on postpaid mobile nos charge
- Branch expense up to Rs.3000
- Trade/channel schemes
- Monthly reviews and plans of all departments
- Team conflict resolution
Typical Outputs :
- Achievement of KPIs of all the functions
