Sales Program Manager (Manager - Consumer)

We are looking for energetic people with high analytical ability and capable of handling the following responsibilities :

Role purpose :

To energize the Sales & Distribution team and drive sales behaviour change to enable high performance. This entails a holistic agenda - ensuring compliance of standard & best in class processes, building frontline sales capability to win in the market & be future ready, maximize incentive earnings and motivate people to participate in local & national recognition programs, creating differentiation and competitive advantage by deploying impactful trade programs and share crisp MIS dashboards to monitor S&D performance.

Key responsibilities :

- Build front line capability - deploy & monitor Sales Academy program to deliver competency score targets. Set up delivery infrastructure, formulate governance mechanism and complete 100% coverage

- Sales Incentive Plans - Implement SIP, provide visibility & effect targeted interventions to maximize earnings

- Sales Recognition's Programs - manage programs that create excitement, drive/ motivate employees to deliver superior performance. Create visibility through monthly updates

- Sales Process - Work closely with Sales Head and Zonal heads to define and ensure hygiene, compliance across markets on various sales process followed in Vodafone (IT tools usage, Handheld, MUST Sales call, Beat adherence, DSR compliance, Red books, Power of routine, HSW) etc,

- Analytics - circulate simple, effective Distribution KPI dashboards that improve decision making, productivity & growth

- HSW SPOC - Be the HSW SPOC for the circle and drive HSW process adherence among the sales fraternity. Conduct HSW audit along with the HSW regional / corporate team

- MBA with 5-7 years of experience & 1 year of proven Capability Build experience and aptitude for design, development & large scale deployment of capability programs

- Must have a strong understanding of telecom processes and practices

- Must have the stature to interact with the circle sales leadership and influence behaviour

- Should be very high on initiative & drive

- Should be strong on oral & written communication skills and have some appreciation of capability programs across organizations
