Required Experience/ Skills:  - 7+years of experience in Sales, with at least 3-4 years should be in FMCG / Durables  - Strong analytical & conceptual skills. A systemic orientation to implementation  - Ability to determine needs for people development  - Ability to ensure adherence to processes  Educational Qualifications  - University Degree in Business/MBA calibre or equivalent qualification  Key Responsibilities  - To support the roll-out of incentive schemes for channel partners across channels - distribution, direct sales, retail etc.  - To execute the incentive schemes designed by individual channels with support from the sales head  - To be responsible for resolution of all channel partner and customer issues across channels  Ensure roll-out of all incentive schemes across channels  - Effective resolution of all customer and channel partner queries  - Build and develop the sales capability of the organization (based on understanding of best practices) - Identify training gaps for sales force based on customer/channel partner issues
