Manager - IT
Role Purpose:
- To provide the technical IT support to circle business in coordination with central teams, running all CSAT initiatives, Project management and vendor management.
Key Accountabilities:
Achieving Revenue:
- Support to business in achieving their goals.
- Advising business on new technology and making them aware of new functionality introduced.
Operational:
- IT Service Partnership & people Management : Manage & enhance relationship with Service Partners to ensure timely availability of IT services.
- Timely follow up with the local and central IBM and TCS teams to close user issues.
- Ensure local IT Infrastructure uptime & availability.
- Pro-active monitoring of bandwidth for intra and inter circle connectivity which includes Stores ,Branches & Connectivity to NDC's.
- Collaborate with business as well as end-users to analyze and identify automation requirements and coordinate with IBM team for development and implementation.
- Liaison with business team for timely closure of UAT.
- Has to take new initiatives to run CSAT campaigns and run among business teams and is responsible to roll out central CSAT initiatives.
- Comply with IS & IT security policies - especially related to circle infrastructure and applications. Circle applications should be tested for security and all vulnerabilities identified should be closed.
- IS compliance to be demonstrated during pan-India IS audits
Personal Specification:
- Excellent knowledge in IT domain.
- Excellent inter-personal and business communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and ambiguity in business situations
- Relevant experience in IT Operations
- Educational qualifications : BE/B-tech/MCA
- Knowledge of IT infra will be an added advantage.
