Role Purpose:  - This position is critical in driving focus on brand building & keeping the brand salient within the circle. The Job involves working with every function within Vodafone - Product, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR & Admin, IT, Network & Legal to cater to their internal and external brand communication requirements.   - The role also involves coordinating with the Central Brand team and aligning national plans with the circle plans and vis-a- versa. Essentially whenever and wherever the brand speaks in public it fall under this roles purview.  Key Accountabilities:  Strategic:  - Develop the direction in which the brand (scores) will move along with the central team   - Develop new level of opportunities in the market to engage the audience.   - To assist the Marketing head in preparing Annual & quarterly brand plans.  Operational:  - Create a brief along with the Product/User team and get a creative/activity developed.  - To ensure the creative/activity are as per the guidelines and as necessary approvals are taken in terms of product teams, central team, legal team and the senior management.   - To interact with various production houses/vendors to get the concepts executed for the market.   - To identify various activities/touch points, which will help the brand in gaining salience in the market place  - Preparing monthly spends projection & actively tracking Financial / Budgets.  - Competition tracking reports  - Devising & maintaining a Quarterly & Monthly marketing calendar for the brand in the circle.   - Track our brand/Visibility scores against competition.  - Tracking of various jobs/activities done by agencies/vendors/Team mates on regular basis.  - To ensure that the activity/ material rates are as per the industry standards and we are getting the best value of out the package.   - To identify and develop multiple vendors to get better costs for the activity   Typical Outputs:  - Drive Brand Imagery scores for Vodafone vs. Competition  - Advertising spends within the budgets   - Deliver on internal & external communication for all depts.  - Create quarterly and monthly marketing calendar for the circle   - Indentify innovative and cost effective ways of communicating at the ATL and BTL.  - Identify and engage the audience/Activate the brand at through various sponsorships and events.   - Ensure that we add the multiplier effect to the national campaigns in the local market.   Functional Skills:  - Strong interpersonal skills   - Customer focus  - Communication oriented  - Strong marketing & Communication skills
