ROLE PURPOSE:  - The incumbent is responsible for managing all marketing activities for pay telephony, rural telephony in the circle, advertising, pr, research, event and media agencies, designers, product/pop and vas vendors, manpower agencies and alliance partners. Ensuring standardized specs of all visibility and merchandising materials.   - Responsible for agency management  - Maintaining proper controls on production to identify and manage visibility mediums (btl) for calling cards/ alternate revenue streams  Essence of Role - Key Accountability  - Marketing Communication - Position will be responsible for entire Marketing and Communications (Both internal as well as external) for the organization and is One of the Major Custodian of Brands Budget Will be responsible for all budgets in this function  - Outdoor Advertising activity - Planning of all forms of outdoor advertising media & retail Merchandising (including collateral, and glow signs)  - Media innovation - Deploying media innovations. Evaluating outdoor deployment vs competition. Ensuring Logistics of Printing. Custodian of Brand equity.  - Events Ensuring Deliverable of all Events.  - In House Custodian of Brand - Ensure all Internal Communication happen in Brand Template and should make sure that Brand Hygiene is Met.
