Role purpose:   - The position is responsible for Talent Acquisition, provide interpretive advice to business management community, support in driving the transformational people agenda and proactively manage the interfaces with Corporate & HR Services to ensure a seamless experience for all employees.  - Also drive the Learning & Development Initiatives in line with the development goals and capability building of employees for next level. The role is also responsible for seamless facility support and driving the HSW culture.  Key accountabilities and decision ownership   - Talent Acquisition till Band Band G  - Life cycle management of all employees which includes Performance dialogue, Annual Salary reviews, promotions to separation and exit formalities.  - Design and Drive the L&D theme for the year and also unique individual training needs. Also driving standard nationally driven L&D interventions.  - Facility and Administration including Budgeting and execution of budgets. New project execution.  - Recommend the engagement budget and drive various engagement activities across the year. Also facilitate the off sites for various verticals which is part of different functional budgets.  Key performance indicators :  - Delivery as per TAT in area of Resourcing, PD and Rewards  - % of Unique penetration in Training of employees  - CSAT survey results for facilties.  Must have technical / professional qualifications:   - Post Graduate Degree with specialization in Human Resources  Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:  - Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.  - Drive to execute things within defined time frame.  - Good People manager Skills  - Knowledge of Various Domains in HR  - Approximately 9 to 11 Yrs of experience
