Role purpose:
- Manage country specific Customer Value Management (CVM) Initiatives
- Proactively provide inputs from the market to the stakeholder for Retention and Revenue Optimization
- Making customers more valuable, more satisfied and more profitable by offering relevant and profitable propositions at every contact opportunity
- Build Statistical Models for CVM like CLTV, Churn, Revenue etc.
Professional Experience:
- MBA (from reputed institute) and a B.Tech with Quality experience
- Statistical Certifications
- 5+ years professional experience in Strategic/Commercial Analysis
- 2+ years of experience in telecom domain(Desired)
- 3+ years in SAS/SPSS base,
- 2+ years of SQL
- Excellent data interpretation skills & experience of working with international clients
- Problem solving, Ability to work out solutions independently
- Sharing ideas for more effective design/implementation/testing with other team members.
