Commercial Procurement Lead  - Procurement of supplies and services for both CAPEX and OPEX items for Commercial of GSM based telecom services with 100% compliances of organizational process and policies.   - Person shall be responsible for identifying quality vendors and closing the transaction after proper negotiations and taking necessary approvals from competent authorities.   - This will need close interaction with Corporate SCM team as well  - Post release of orders to vendor, delivery of product / services need to be ensured as per timeliness agreed with user function and all the records related to transaction need to be kept for future reference / records.   - Ensuring timely payment to vendor shall be key part of the closer of transaction.  Desirable : Proficiency in SAP and Excel
