Circle Activation
Here are the key accountabilities :
- Ensuring and meeting Activation TAT for prepaid/postpaid
- Working towards reducing rejections
- Ensuring Regulatory Compliance
- Visit to VTM as and when required
- CPOS related changes, deployments, support, maintenance & training's
- Validation of adjustments done pertaining to Activation & reconciliation of daily activation in system
- Process revision as per new/changed mandates on Documentation
- End to End activation's through A2 hub (FA & EV) for KOL & ROB
- Check mechanism and monitoring correctness of Vendor bills
Reporting to Circle Activation Lead
Direct Team :
The person should have deep knowledge about backend systems and processes of telecom, should be able to work with multiple stakeholders and strong departments
