Essence Of Role - Key Accountabilities  Strategic :   - Takes initiatives for cost reduction, revenue enhancement and business generation through activities like reduction in SAC to a reasonable level.  - Develops the chain of dealer, distributors & retailers.  Achievement Sales/Revenue Targets :   - Achieves budgeted sales and collection targets.  - Prepaid/Post-paid/handset gross activation Targets  - Prepaid/Post-paid Revenue Targets  Distribution Management :   - Develops the chain of dealer, distributors & retailers.  - Interacts with Channel Partners & Distributors to drive numbers and performance review.  - Ensure proper distribution of products and ensure visibility  - Positive Return on Investment- Distributors  - Implementation of Sales & Marketing processes  Usage & Retention :   - Initiates innovative relationship building activities to ensure Customer Relation & Retention.  - Churn control -Post paid corporate customers  - Control High ARPU churn  - Vodafone Stores/ Vodafone Mini Stores related Initiatives  Customer Service :   - Customer engagement initiatives  - Setting of TAT and ensuring TAT is followed without customers getting suffered  Developmental Increases awareness about marketing, VAS, CRM, BSCS and IN :   - MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute.  - Minimum 10 years of experience in handling Branch Operations,  - Excellent communication skills;  - Strong organizational and management skills.  - Problem solving skills with goal oriented,  - Ability to communicate at multiple levels  - Willingness to take ownership and be held accountable.  - Dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
