The purpose of this role is to support the CXO office, in matters pertaining to governance, management information & leadership reporting. Additionally, the role would act as the corporate PMO responsible for driving organizational projects by coordinating and monitoring inter-departmental activities to ensure successful completion of the projects.  - To provide comprehensive professional support service to the CXO in all aspects relating to efficient and successful operation of the CXO's office.  - Planning and execution of the meetings including the monthly Steering Committee meetings and other governance forums to review the overall performance   - Manage follow-up activities arising from the meetings including documentation of the minutes, maintaining the Action Log and tracking the activities therein  - Serve as a custodian of the centralized repository and support all performance reporting requirements arising from VSS group, Board meetings and other forums   - Prepare and consolidate information for various management presentations, performance dashboards as well as ad hoc reporting and correspondence  - Coordinate with the various stakeholders and functions in collating their performance achievements and consolidate for management reporting  - Provide PMO support to major business change projects. This willbe from project inception through planning, successful implementation, evaluation and timely completion of projects  - Manage all aspects of projects through cross-functional teams-including meeting time lines, milestones tracking, status updates to senior stakeholders and highlighting risks to designing contingency plans  - Support demand management analysis aimed at forecast of headcount and seat requirement and enabling leadership to make informed decisions about facility planning
