AM- Sales Fulfillment- SME Channel Manager-VBS Sales & Marketing
Role purpose :
To Drive and Manage the Channel sales and Fulfillment for Post-paid Voice and Data products for growth in numbers, revenues, market share and profit, as per the Annual Operation Plan from the Enterprise accounts within the timelines and policy guidelines
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Revenue Management :
- Achieve budgeted acquisition of subscriber target on Voice and Data by driving a dedicated Channel partner in their designated accounts.
- Ensuring healthy numbers to increase the revenues and market share month on month.
New Business Management :
- Achieve non HQ sub base targets by penetrating Non Headquartered accounts through a robust process of fulfillment and further increasing the base and revenues thereby justifying the national fulfillment process.
Process Management :
- Limit the Acquisition churn to x% of gross ads to maintain the growth and health of the subscriber thereby enabling robust revenues month on month.
- Maintain SLA/TAT of x days for new acquisitions. Ensuring flawless documentation, activations within the stipulated time lines and proper product information dissemination to delight the new customer for stickiness.
Infrastructure :
- Identify, select and appoint channel partner basis the business demands / opportunities.
- Ensure Productivity norms are monitored and driven on a day to day basis.
- Drive FSE recruitment, training and ensure productivity by constant monitoring, motivation and support.
ROI & Channel Profitability :
- Ensure Growth of Vodafone Business thus justifying Channel Profitability and Healthy ROI
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
- MBA with minimum 3-5 years Channel Management experience
- Bachelors with 5-7 relevant Channel sales experience.
- Telecom/FMCG / Banking Channel Experience
- Channel Management Skills

- Business Operation skills

- Innovative.
MBA with minimum 3-5 years Channel Management experience
