Required Experince:
- Achieve Service Revenue for Prepaid base & maximising recharge, enhancing Unique users & Calling Days.
- Ensuring base retention through various customer delight offers; running loyalty programs for specific segments to drive higher Usage.
- Base Management by running various programs on LVC/MVC buckets & ring-fencing UHVC/HVC segments.
- Focus on Channel development by ensuring retailer participation on various schemes and focus on Retailer segmentation.
- Ensuring roll out of new products as per Market requirements to ensure Healthy product mix and competitiveness.
- Responsible for the Category of Prepaid Usage & Revenue, While Managing Relevant Products Pertaining to Subscriber Retention and Usage Enhancement for the Entire Circle
- Development & Management of Various Subscriber Retention Programmes across the Category through Innovative Promotional Activities.
- Identification & Management of Various Usage Enhancement Campaigns.
- Maintenance of MIS and Tracking of Assigned Activities On Periodical Basis
- Up-selling/Cross-selling of Open Market products/Backend Campaign to existing subscriber base depending on usage/balance/recharge pattern
