1) Delivering Gross Adds numbers for Postpaid .
2) Assist all channels in Postpaid acquisition by providing them support in forms of Plans & Products .
3) Developing Opportunities to increase Acquisition Extraction pool by milking Existing & New modes like Competition Calling / Super CC / Geo Expansion etc
4) Driving MNP Acquisition for Postpaid .
5) Driving Acquisition Quality & maintaining / controlling the same by various inputs on Scheme / Channel Intervention / product change etc
6) Liasoning with CS / CNC teams to drive intervention on Retention / Servicing / Policies & Geo Limit Expansion
7) Base Management for 0-120 bucket by developing models to drive Onboarding Experience / HVA / Higher MARPU / Low Churn/ RPM & Increasing the share of Acq Revenue to Base Revenue
8) Devising upselling opportunities for driving higher Revenues fromAcquistion Bucket – both at the time of sale & also beyond it .
9) Analysis on Base Management in 0-120 bucket / Impact of Schemes etc to help drive business decisions
