Role purpose:   The role holder has to establish the 'Learning Philosophy, Principles and Needs- in various areas of operations of the functions of the organization.  Key accountabilities and decision ownership:   - Develop and review content  - Manage induction for new hires, trainees and management trainees.  - Ensure targets for completion of employee on - boarding.  - Developmental frameworks in the organization that enable talent .  - The individual has to ensure these practices are best in class and regularly calibrated.  - Training need identification & analysis .  - Training calendar (monthly) - Publish & execution.  - Ensure Training effectiveness mechanisms are in place for all programs .   - Training budget monitoring .  - Formation of trainers, trainers database & developing internal trainers capability.  - Drive e-learning systems across the organization.  - Rewards & Recognition Initiative .  - The Role Holder has to identify and drive Cultural development & employee engagement initiatives.  Implement initiatives to drive value based culture.  Core competencies, knowledge and experience:  - 5- 8 years experience.  - Experience in engagement and L&D domain would be preferred.   - Post-graduation in HR
