- Applicant should have 3+ years of experience in working in analytics assignments preferably in telecom domain.  - Proficiency with SQL is a must along with any statistical tool like SAS, SPSS etc.  - Exposure to statistical techniques like regression (linear and logistic), clustering, decision trees is required. Understanding of advanced machine learning techniques like ANN, SVM is an added advantage.  - Proficiency in creating presentations, proof of concept documentation etc. for presenting to senior management is preferable.  - An ideal candidate would be at ease with pulling data at different levels of granularity from disparate sources, combining and manipulating the data before applying appropriate statistical techniques to solve the business problem at hand.   - Someone with a consultative approach who can understand the business problem, solve it and present the findings to senior management would be a good fit for this role.
