- To drive the sales targets of corporate accounts through new acquisitions & existing customers.
- Acquire the targeted no. of corporate customers in the target period.
- Achieve the sales revenue target allocated for the defined period.
- Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets for the assigned key accounts.
- Ensure the maintenance of the pipeline containing the information as per the defined systems and procedures.
- Build and maintain relationship with the key decision makers in the allocated accounts.
- Build the customer loyalty by ensuring the QoS through coordination with the back end support functions viz.
- Keep a track of the client’s business initiatives and future plans and analyze its impact on the business.
- Identify the opportunities for the new products, services & applications and enhancing the existing infrastructure for additional revenues.
- Analyze the market intelligence data including environmental, customer and competitor information and initiatives and pre-empt its impact on the business.
- Identify and explore the opportunities for brand building with the customer through co-sponsorships, joint promotions etc.
- Identify the opportunities to use the clients to get new leads and customers through pyramid marketing to sell to their customers for mutual benefits
