Role purpose:

- Advertising and Media Planning

- Strategic Planning

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

- Framing strategies for establishing greater awareness about the products.

- Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements; utilizing market feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for positioning the products.

- Implementing pre/post launch sales promotional activities for brand building & market development.

- Utilizing market feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for formulating plans (both strategic as well as tactical) for the brands.

Retail & Trade Engagement:

- Engaging and reaching out to the trade using appropriate and cost effective media vehicles. Work closely with the sales team to understand the market & design customized programs such as Modern Trade, provide marketing support Support sales team to execute Trade related events to enhance the brand at retailer level Conceptualize innovative modes of communication to make the brand more relevant at retail level 6) Managing Budget - 15% Objective : Liaison with the team to manage the monthly budget

- Allocate budgets for all related activities

- Ensure timely PO and clearance of bills to vendors

Internal Communication:

- Drive employee engagement initiatives Extend product / service related campaigns internally Conceptualization & and execution employee events as per the brief of HR team Extend 10 festivals to employees in a year merchandise every quarterLiaison & support training & HR team on any other HR related initiatives

- Deploying suitable market research tools to gauge market trends and competitor activities, consumer behaviour etc., to gain the competitive edge.

- Performing need analysis, concept study and conceptualising mechanism for launching new products.

- Conceptualizing & implementing Trade Promotions & Consumer Promotions as well as launching activities as a part of brand building & market development.

- Planning marketing inputs like private & institutional sales

- Conducting Trials, Camps & Sales Promotional Exercises, etc

- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.

Key performance indicators

- Spearheading the brand building and Communication activities in the assigned region of Delhi & NCR.

- Formulating strategies for enhancing brand visibility by performing high visibility brand promotion programs. Formulating retail strategies, & ensuring footfalls & lead generation with a view to provide customers a Brand experience.

- Coordinating & executing the brand building and brand perception activities.

- Evolving short term and long term plans and budgets for the marketing / communications / public relations programs.

- Supervising & appraising the performance of the activities.

- Contributing effectively in the for multi level market research programs.

- Should be comfortable with change and ambiguity given the dynamic business environment.

- Strong analytical & conceptual skills in revenue scenario planning

- Ability to communicate at multiple levels with both customers and colleagues

- MBA from a reputed Institute.

- Knowledge about Telecom industry in general

- 8 years plus of which at least 3-4 years should be as a marcom head for a reputed organization.

- A systemic orientation to implementation of campaigns.

- Must have the ability to manage the highest levels of interaction with top levels of management, both internally and externally.

- Experience in working with large teams of mid & senior level professionals.
