ROLE PURPOSE  The position is responsible for driving the execution of the overall prepaid and postpaid acquisition strategy for the circle. It is responsible for delivering on the acquisition targets set by the circle. The person has to design effective marketing programs/tariffs/ initiatives/promotional schemes and ensure successful and timely implementation of the same so that the targets are achieved. He/she also needs to provide effective support to the circle sales team at all times so that they achieve their objective.  Key Accountabilities:  Strategic  To drive the circle acquisition strategy for postpaid and prepaid of achieving gross adds along with desired quality.  Acquisition  - Goal: Achieve acquisition Revenue and Acquisition KPIs  - Ensure roll-out of products for Acquisition Base, Continuously improve on-boarding processes   - To identify, design and implement new tariffs and promotional offers that will ensure that sales targets are achieved.  - To identify alternate sources and channels for getting acquisitions  - Create sales processes along with the sales team which will drive engagement level with the channel partners  - Analyze the quality of acquisition   Revenue  - To ensure that marginal ARPU of a new acquisition is at desired levels through the launch of correct acquisition offers  - To work out revenue impact incase of launch of any new tariff that may reduce RPM.  - Understand customer behavior in first 3 months of on-boarding to design special promotions for revenue enhancement  On-boarding & Sales Support  - To provide support to the prepaid sales team at all times  - To initiate processes that will ease the process of acquisition at channel  - Provide analysis of the sales performance through CSI, Quality analytics to give input to the sales team  - Work with the Customer service team to understand the call drivers in the Call centre and dealer call unit to provide smoother on-boarding for the customers   Developmental  - To provide coaching and support to sub-ordinate  TYPICAL OUTPUTS  1.
