KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Relationship Building
- Establishes / Builds relationship with Key individuals in corporate that allow for continuity and on-going representation.
- Manages Major Corporate accounts in and around the assigned territory.
- Provides telecommunication solution and after sales service to the Corporate.
- Supervises Relation and Retention Service workshops at least 10 numbers per month.
- Ensures Customer Care set up for platinum/gold corporate.
- Responsible for Mapping of all corporate accounts on 100% basis.
- Completes details of each and every account in terms of e-mails etc.
People management-
- Ensures Training and Value Addition to Cr FL and Trade FOS.
- Maintains high quality CSA FOS.
- Ensures 0% attrition of Very Good (VG) rated candidates and above
Brand Building
- Creates a positive image of the brand in the corporate market through planned activities like service workshops. Builds Loyalty of Corporate customers through various promotions.
HSW
- To keep yourself abreast with all the Health Safety and Wellbeing policies and procedures(including department specific regulatory requirements) rolled out from time to time, ensure compliance, report any non compliance and actively participate in all HSW related campaigns and activities.
