Viva Group - Vice President - Finance (7-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Overall financial management of the firm, internal control and compliances
2. Managing relationship with financial institutions
3. Fund mobilization and management
4. Managing Financial Operations and cash flow and funds flow
5. Tax management
6. Managing finance & accounts
7. Budgeting, forecasting, cost & credit control,
8. Establish and streamline processes, systems and financial management framework.
9. Asset/liability management strategy development, execution, and reporting
Qualifications :
1. Qualified Chartered Accountant with 7-10 years experience in financial services industry.
2. Additional Qualifications like CS is useful.
Competencies :
1. Good knowledge of all the regulations impacting Financials
2. Strong grasp of various aspects of finance and an analytical ability
3. IT savvy.
4. Can be from services industry, leading developers, mortgage or micro business firms
