- Managing VitaSana Foods brand across the channels online and offline.

- Managing the go-to-market and launch of multiple products in the FMCG space

- Managing brand positioning and product launch efforts for the FMCG ( Processed food) venture of the group

- Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market whether B2B or B2C.

- Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department. This should detail the year's activity to meet agreed company objectives.

- Build a lean, cost conscious, high performing marketing organization in line with the company's business objectives

- Managing ATL/BTL activities, digital agencies and offline creative agencies

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- To managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

- Create and manage affiliate marketing program for the digital assets of the company.

- Input on the development, production & implementation of world class advertising and promotions for brand and media strategies and executions to support brand.

- Manage multiple digital and offline campaigns, review analytics and report out campaign effectiveness

- Formulate product / package innovations for presentation to drive down costs without jeopardizing brand quality or image in the market place.

- Create brand manuals for different group companies / products

- Optimize Social Media management initiatives across platforms using various analytics tools

- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control.

Person Specification :

- PG ( MBA ) or equivalent, with marketing specialization

- Worked in Startup environment is plus.

- 4-5 years overall experience out of which, 3-4 years should be in Marketing or Brand Management.

- Prior experience in FMCG sectors is a plus

- Have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts

- A proven track record in building brands and launching new products.

- Good communication and written English skills.

- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.

- Self-starter who is willing to take ownership of the marketing function

- Candidate from FMCG, F & B domain having developed packaging and handled an agency would be preferred
