Job Description :

This position brings challenges and rewards of being part of initial sales team at Vital Labs. You are required to wear multiple hat to bring the results, but majority of your time will go in talking to customers, understanding their pain points, suggesting solutions, creative followup to move them closer to sales and learning about domain and sales.

Position Requirement :

- We are looking for candidates who are having rich experience in selling technical solutions greater than 50K USD ACV and should be carrying at least 200K USD as yearly quota.

- Should be a great closer, negotiator, presenter and should know how to handle various objections in sales cycle.

- Would love to be part of high growth technology startup out of India

- Experience selling infrastructure software in storage, virtualization, backup\recovery space is huge plus

- Willing to work in US, UK time zone

- Great communicator over phone

- Consultative\ technical solution selling skills

- Would be ready to learn best in class sales process and ambitious to grow faster
