Vistaprint - Associate Manager/Manager - Recruitment

We're now seeking an individual with deep technology recruiting experience, commitment to excellence, and an affinity for working in a high-growth environment to join Vistaprint's recruiting team in Mumbai, India.

Your Role will involve:

- Partnering effectively with management to develop the best strategies to drive an exceptional approach to recruiting top talent in a highly competitive market.

- Implementing sourcing strategies that provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool through networking, cold-calling, referrals, internet sourcing, job postings, etc.

- Managing candidate process and act as a candidate advocate. Evaluate skill-level, manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, negotiation, offer acceptance, offer letter generation.

- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management by providing insights and recommendations that contribute to the overall achievement of Vistaprint's business and financial objectives.

- Ensuring Hiring Manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally. Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management.

- Possessing a wide range of experience on current external recruiting policies, practices and trends.

- Minimum 8 years proven success of recruiting in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. This could be in hi-tech, eCommerce or product company. Corporate experience desired.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. In addition, teamwork skills are a must, along with the ability to grasp new technologies.

- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.

- Passion for improving the customer experience with customers broadly defined as candidates, new hires, hiring managers and recruiters. Continuous follow-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidates' needs are met.

- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.

- Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems a plus.

- MBA-HR degree preferred.
