ABOUT THE ROLE :   As a Practice Manager, the role will work closely with Visionet's Senior Leadership team in driving innovations and operational excellence. This is a role for an ambitious and intelligent individual who delights in their own and their team's success and has a desire to ultimately forge their own career as an operations leader.   Key Responsibilities :  - Strategize & implement innovation projects, which will contribute to operational improvements and increase financial benefits for the organization.   - Identify risk areas for the business unit and develop comprehensive risk assessment metrics with remediation plans.  - Execute complex process and quality improvement initiatives; report and communicate the results from process improvement efforts to the leadership along with recommendations.   Track key metrics of competitors and report the same to the management on a regular basis - Drive performance and quality of the business team   - Enhance efficiency and productivity of teams by implementing process initiatives   - Develop oneself into a subject matter expert in the process that he/she is managing.  Key Attributes of the Incumbent   - The incumbent should be an engineering & an MBA from a top-tier institution (engineering with MBA is preferred)   - 2 to 5 years- experience total experience (experience in process re-engineering, operations, quality improvements is desirable, but not mandatory)  - Excellent analytical, excel and presentation skills  - Proactive and willing to learn and work at grass-root level   - Flexible in role definitions/responsibilities and willing to go the extra mile as needed to produce effective results as expected from this role.
