Manager - Client Implementation & Product Support

Purpose of Role :

- Visionet has its flagship products in mortgage space named VisiLoanReview (VLR) and AtClose. These products need to be configured and implemented for our rapidly growing BPO business. This role will be targeted with taking charge of a set of related to product implementation for new clients that we onboard for our BPO business. This role will also help setup demo configurations for the same products which will help the BPO sales team in the pre-sales stage.

- In addition, this role will also be responsible to channel all the VLR and AtClose enhancement requests coming in from various BPO units to the development teams and track them to closure.

Key Result Areas :

Day to day work will include :

- Running the VLR & AtClose implementation projects for BPO units as we onboard new customers.

- Managing the incoming VLR/AtClose configuration requests for demo purposes.

- Managing team, sizing anywhere from 5 members to 20 members depending on the number of simultaneously going on implementations.

- The person needs to develop an in depth understanding and ability to work hands on, to be successful in this role.

- Collating the incoming VLR & AtClose enhancement requests in a single place, getting them included in the product roadmap and coordinating the UAT testing.

- Providing visibility to management on the VLR & AtClose enhancement requests.

Key Attributes of the Incumbent :

- Ability to understand software products and do hands on work on them

- Ability to multitask; person is expected to run multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to understand the BPO needs. The person would be expected to understand the needs of BPO unit and run the show independently.

- Exposure to US customers is a must.

- 10-12 years of work experience overall with at 3+ years in the role of a project/program management.

- Ability to get work done through the team.
