Job Description :

Experience Requirement

- Bachelor degree with 10- 12 years- experience of which at least 4 years should be as Delivery Manager managing 30-40 Infrastructure resources for medium or large sized clients.

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience working on Windows/Linux systems or Network Devices

- Strong IT technical skills in Server Management, Network, Virtualization and DB technologies

- Preferable experience of managing Client infrastructure that hosts e-com sites handling large traffic

- ITIL, 6Sigma certifications desired

- Willing to travel to client site at US at short notice (B1 Visa preferred)

Knowledge on :

- Server: AD/DHCP/DNS, file/print, database, web, messaging, infrastructure application, business applications, remote access.

- Servers Management (IBM/DELL platform and Windows/Linux flavors)

- Network: LAN/WAN/WIFI, VPN

- Security: Firewall, Antivirus, IPS/IDS

- Server Virtualization (VMware, HyperV)

- Storage: DAS, NAS, SAN

- Cloud services (Azure and AWS).

- Business continuity and disaster recovery

- Relationship between application design, data, and infrastructure environment.
