Visionet Systems - Director/Senior Manager - US Mortgage Domain Origination

1. Operations Management and Delivery

- Ensure client SLAs on turn time and quality are met 100%

- Managing multi-location teams

- Continuous productivity enhancements

- Handling clients - escalations and customer servicing

2. Process set up and lead process transition

- Ensure deep domain expertise in the origination business

- Process design and documentation

- Define training needs and content

- Transition planning

3. Business process excellence

- Monitor and track delivery quality and issues

- Design and drive the implementation of process improvement initiatives

- Lead and implement aggressive productivity improvement initiatives

4. Support presales efforts and Account management

- Client account management. Managing key accounts by engaging with the clients and own the revenue growth targets.

- Work with MD and executive team to create impactful pitches for new business development in the area of mortgage origination

Key Attributes of the Incumbent

- Experienced professional with an impressive track record and knowledge across all the aspects of mortgage origination processes

- Should have minimum experience of 12 years with five years in US mortgage origination processes

- Proven experience in handling US clients and growing business

- Interest and aptitude to change the status quo rather than only maintaining the status quo

- Leadership skills to be able to establish oneself as the strong voice and respected expert in mortgage origination within the organization including effective communication skills, persuasion skills etc.

- Flexible in terms of working time and role definitions/responsibilities and willing to go extra mile as needed to produce effected results as expected from this role

- Should we willing to work 7-10 days per month from other centers in India Bangalore & Coimbatore
