Virtusa - Project/Program/Delivery Manager - Healthcare/Banking/Telecom/Retail - PMP

We are looking for a PM who comes with experience in global delivery model, Very good Program / Project management experience, Managed Development / Maintenance / Support projects using Agile methodologies, good in communication & other desired soft skills, stakeholder management, customer expectation management. Transition management etc.

Domain : Healthcare/Banking/Telecom/Retail

Job Location : VIRTUSA Colombo for a minimum 2-3yrs.

JD :

- The Candidate should have strong Project Management, client relationship management, People Management, Estimation techniques.

- Good in Agile Process.

- Able to give high level of technical Solutions to Web technology team.

- Capable to Manage group of projects.

- Experience in Project discussion with client from both onsite and offshore.

- Must be a Certified PMP

- Strong in written & verbal communication.

- Ensure project deliverables are met on time every time

- Experience in SDLC and process maturity models

- Experience with Project Management frameworks, and with UML and Use Case methodologies and implementation cycle.

- Demonstrates rigorous structured approach to project management. Applies best practice project management methods.
