We are looking for dynamic, forward thinking IT Executives to lead our large, complex transformation programs

Responsibilities :

- Deliver multi-year, Multi-million dollar, complex transformation programs, fulfilling client, business, revenue and profitability objectives.

- Lead Global teams of over 200 IT Personnel to achieve business outcomes for fortune 500 clients

- Manage C-Level stakeholders and develop further business opportunities through successful delivery

Ideal candidate should have :

- Strong complex adaptive (e.g Agile) and program delivery skills

- Excellent people leadership capabilities

- The ability to see the bigger picture while managing interrelated programs and ambiguity

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills

- Strong innovative and entrepreneurial skills

- Strategic leadership experience

You will work very closely with the global Virtusa leadership team in driving our large, complex transformation programs
