The Firm is promoted by doyen's in the area of Finance, Strategy & Operations and have between then close to 100y of Professional Experience at CXO Level.

Qualification :

- Graduate with strong tertiary finance & accounting qualification

Job Description :

- Work closely with the in-house accounting & finance teams of organization to improve effectiveness of the Finance & Accounts function

- Ability to work Independently and lead a cross-functional team to deliver on MI & Performance Metrics of the organization and be able to independently discuss and review with the CFO & Finance team

- Constantly challenge the status quo and be able to envision & build metrics & reporting tools that will enable to the Senior Leadership team to make the right decisions.

- Influence stakeholders through excellent communication of information, presentation and recommendation of appropriate solutions

- Monitor, analyze, interpret and communicate performance data that provides CFO and Exco the business confidence in the information

- Lead day-to-day relationships and stakeholder management providing complex information to senior stakeholders that enables them to make key business decisions

- Build strong relationships with the business, clusters, Group Finance and Functions to gain business insights and its financial performance

- Quick learner with an ability to understand and master the dynamics of the various industries that one will be called to support.

- Active participation in all finance teams & represent the CFO, as may be required.

- High degrees of self-discipline with an ability to multi-task across various client demands without slippages in Support Quotient.
