Manager Finance & Accounts

PRE-REQUISITE :

The position of Manager Finance & Accounts is responsibility for managing the Financial Accounting of India Operations including finalization of Annual Accounts. Also responsible for Direct & Indirect Tax (including Transfer Pricing), Compliance, Statutory, Tax and Internal Audit, Monthly Financial & Management Reporting & Cash and Treasury Management

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for preparation of financial statements as per the applicable accounting standards and companies act

Responsible of daily accounting functions of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger to ensure proper accounting in the books of accounts

Timely Preparing and submission of Monthly Management Accounts to the parent company

Preparing and developing processes and internal financial controls and successful implementation of it

Preparing of Monthly MIS Report for management and ad-hoc reports

Preparing of annual & quarterly budget for the company

Cash Management with weekly cash flow preparation and controls

Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports to facilitate the decision making process

Will liaison with the Statutory Auditors, Tax Auditors and Internal Auditors and ensure that the audits are completed as per the scheduled time lines.

Preparing of Income tax computation and return

Responsible for handing Income tax Scrutiny case with Tax Authorities

Responsible for proper deduction and payment of TDS and filing of quarterly E-TDS with Authority

Preparing of Service tax return and CENVAT Register.

Preparing of Quarterly Service tax refund and filing with the department

Assist in preparing of Transfer pricing Report.

Guide and mentor the sub-ordinates and share the knowledge base.

3. Experience :

- Candidate should have Minimum 5 year experience in area of Finance & Accounts, Auditing, Taxation, and MIS. Preferably from ITeS/telecom industry

Education :

Please note :

- CA is mandatory, Must have be CA Qualified.

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS :

- Strong Leadership and supervisory skills

- Should have Knowledge of India GAAP

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

- In depth knowledge of Tally accounting systems

- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced excel skills.

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
