Title : Head - Operations and HRMS.  Reporting Into : India Head HR  Job Location : Mumbai, Goregaon East  Type of Job : Full Time  Employee Strength : Around 600  Team managing : Yes  QUALIFICATION : Any Graduate with a Master's degree in HRM.  PRE- REQUISITIES :   - 8-12 years experience into Human Resource Management including at 6-8 years into Operations/ Shared Services function.  - Candidates from IT/Telecom industry will be preferred  - Experience having managed complete employee life cycle  - Understanding of Statutory compliance  - Excellent verbal and written communications  - Exposure to robust processes, in MNC context  - Execution skills in a client facing environment  - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  - Ability to audit for a very high level of accuracy  - Ability to develop internal and external facing analytics to drive change within the organization and support departmental goals  - Advanced computer skills using a variety of programs highly desired  CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :   - Managing Leadership role in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, HR Service Delivery, HR Transformation and Change Management, HR Process Transitions, HRIS & Technology Implementations, Process Automation, Stakeholder Management.  - HR Technology applications across both ERP and SaaS platforms  - System Design implementation, understanding, analysing & evaluating existing processes, identifying the bottlenecks and redesigning/streamlining them aligned with existing or planned HR Information system/ applications  - Setup a team of HR technology analysts to implement and manage the core HCM technology framework   - Managing the shared service team that provides HR transactional services, case management, recruitment and on-boarding services, payroll processing.  - Building own and team's capability.   - Supervise legal affairs and other related matters in compliance with the company's global policies  - Support the technology and operations teams  - Delivering Managed Services and advisory services to assigned clients  - Building own and team's capability.  - Designs and maintains entire companies HRMS database.  - Leads HR operations/shared services and HR systems.  - Drive process improvements to enhance the operational efficiency. Understand and effectively utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures.  - Responds to escalations, providing root cause analysis and recommendation. Develops remediation plan and drives to resolution with minimal guidance from Manager  - Getting work done through multiple vendors to whom HR processes have been outsourced with complete ownership and accountability  - Responds to queries from team, internal business partners, candidates and customers including high level leadership teams.  - Managing key stakeholders both internal & external & partnering with them for process enhancement.  - Strong systems knowledge. Experience in one or more HRMS.  - Prior experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring associates.  - Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict data privacy standards
