Key Responsibilities include but not limited to :-   Work with a core team of cross-functional leaders to implement the Chairman's vision   Innovate, create and Implement new LoB's   Lead the development and delivery of an annual internal and external business strategy for brand Virinchi   Completely own the P&L of the business unit and create short-term and long-term plans with clear business goals   They will also own writing reports that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis. He/she will be responsible for incorporating the feedback from leadership and drive course correction at the planning stage   Not Only Manage the groups various business units but to lead and establish new business verticals   Leadership Skills: Ability to align cross-functional teams towards a common purpose. Ability to influence across the board, including senior leadership, peers and other stakeholders   Develop a road map and metrics to measure progress of the initiative they own   Minimum Requirements   Engineering from IIT / NIT   Full time MBA from top b-schools (IIMs, FMS, XLRI, IIFT, JBIMS, NMIMS) preferred batches would be 2008 - 2011   6+ years of Marketing/Product/Sales/Communications/ General management experience   Passport Ready / Ready to Travel abroad at a moments notice   Any Industry.
