Job Description:

- To develop the group businesses in each new business verticals - ranging BFSI, IT, Hospitals, BioTechnology, Emerging Businesses.

- To work across functional areas - viz. operations, sales, marketing, HR, Finance, M&A etc.

- To work across geographies - specifically US, Malaysia and India - on specific business initiatives

- To work with the leadership team on specific projects, initiatives, activities targeted at delivering business value

- To develop and manage projects and programs, including strategies, implementation plans, and evaluation mechanisms, staffing plans, timelines and budgets.

- To develop and deliver client communications
