VIP Clothing Ltd is into manufacturing & marketing of Innerwear, lingerie, readymade garments,socks,having turnover of Rs.260 Crs. The Company owns brands called VIP, Frenchie, Frenchie Leader, Eminence & Feelings.

MARKETING HEAD

Based in Mumbai, the role will report to the C.E.O.

KRAs :

- Heading the Marketing communications function, nationally.

- Finding positioning & need gaps in Innerwear market.

- Suggesting New Product launch communication strategy.

- Responsible for developing and delivering Marketing and Advertising plan for brands to enhance brand Equity, Volume and Market Share growth.

- Initiate Market Research to understand Consumer perspective on Brand Health & Competitors benchmarking on TOM Recall, awareness, affinity, etc.

- Responsible for overall Digital footprint thru Website, Social media assets, e-comm customer acquisitions, etc.

- Actively involved in TVC, Media Planning & buying to support Marketing and Brand Objectives.

- Prepare annual Marketing Plan and budget - Allocation for various activities.

- Main lead for liaison with all Agency's viz. Creative, Digital, Media, Events

- Lead a team for developing and executing integrated marketing program (ATL / BTL / PR) and Product development.

Candidate requirement :

- Good energy levels - with the ability to handle multiple tasks, organize projects, meet deadlines and deliver desired results with quality.

- Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible and able to work independently & manage a team.

- Proven abilities in decision-making, priority setting, and planning.

- Understanding and orientation of marketing - a must.

- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and trends.

- Someone with over 8-10 yrs Experience.

- Graduation - any specialization / Management Graduate.
