Profile: Manager / Sr Manager – Supply Chain Excellence  Job Description:  - Drive & Support various Business Process Improvement (BPI) initiatives to create additional bottom line and top line impact  - Identify & Execute improvement opportunities by using BPI improvement methodologies in non-manufacturing domain of business (Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer & Supplier) in-line with BPI goals & strengths  - Drive and Participate in projects and business initiatives as they arise in lead projects and work closely with project teams and impart trainings and monitor overall progress  - Maintaining strong relationship with project / program stakeholders  - Execute on various initiatives to create awareness on continuous improvement tools & techniques (Lean, Six Sigma, SCOR etc.)  - Leading continuous improvement and Change management projects   - Must possess excellent knowledge of Lean, Business Metrics, Business Functioning  - Self-starter with a high degree of commitment and diligence to drive change and lead improvement of processes.  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business administration from an accredited institution.  - Total 8-10 years’ experience with minimum 4-5 years in deploying Lean/Six Sigma tools and Process Governance.   - Strong knowledge of business systems and processes required   - Strong Leadership ability, team building and motivational skills  - Strong communication skills and comfort facilitating groups/teams and working with all levels of the organization   - Drive core functional excellence in implementing: EBS, Lean, Six Sigma and other World Class operation management techniques
