- Ideal candidate should be 6-9 years experience in Brand Activations and BTL (Signages, POP, Trade Marketing, Regional Marcom) in Home Appliances, FMCG, Paints, DTH, Telecom, tyres sector.
Job Description :
- Guides the BME to prepare the competition intelligence report and ensure same is submitted as per defined timelines.
- Brand promotional activities
- Responsible to execute events and exhibitions as per directives received from corporate team within the region.
- Responsible for distribution and deployment of Retail catalogues, POP / POS material to channel partners / distributors and ensure the same are displayed as per guidelines received from corporate team.
- Effective Display of products for greater brand visibility.
- Responsible for recruitment of the ISDs and ensure adequate manpower is available for smooth operations.
- Responsible to regularly track performance and prepare productivity reports for ISDs and ensure target productivity levels are achieved.
- Identify training needs of ISDs and share the inputs with training team for execution.
- HO & Branch Press advertising - share updated dealer panel with publication, price negotiations, placement of advertisements etc.
- HO & Branch Press Coverage - sharing information in branches, feedback to HO & BTL Manager, coverage of all activities done at branch level
