Experience Minimum : 5 years

Principal Responsibilities :

- To build traction in specialist TRY products for the Business Banking clientele

- To support the region in launching a suite of the concerned specialist products to provide a comprehensive offering.

- To support and drive sales of the concerned product through the sales force

- To be the centre of expertise for the concerned product in the region

- Ensure achievement of targets for the concerned product for the region

- Ensure ongoing development in product knowledge of the sales teams

- Enhance the customer relationship and ensure a larger share of the customer's wallet through up-sell and cross-sell

- Collaborate with the concerned product group to roll out the product proposition for the SME business and for implementing marketing initiatives in the local markets

Qualifications/Requirements :

- Preferably with exposure to having worked with Treasury Products - Forwards, Options and other derivative products etc

- An awareness of how FX and Interest Rate risk is measured and ways to apply suitable hedging techniques

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Good business acumen

- Excellent planning and time management skills

- Self-motivated and results oriented
