Looking to hire an Hands on Vice President with experience of working in the the Finance division of a Bank / Investment Bank / Financial Services Firm, preferably with exposure to managing the regulatory risk (Liquidity / Capital etc ), ALM, ALCO or Funding management of the firm.  The role sits within the Corporate Treasury division and this division works closely with the CFO, Treasurer and other members of senior management to manage the firm's funding, liquidity, capital and relationships with creditors and regulators. The department plays a key role in firm wide strategic and analytical projects, providing a unique insight into the firm's business activities and performance.  Job Responsibilities:  - Develop and implement global and regional liquidity risk management and funding policies  - Monitor liquidity risks relating to the firm's business activities, including trading, financing, and operational activities   - Lead and assume global/regional responsibility for driving key Treasury functions and priorities; maintain global coordination within Treasury   - Interpret and respond to new regulations that have an impact on liquidity, funding and/or capital   - Lead a core Treasury function team across multiple locations  - Analyze new business initiatives and products to assess their liquidity risks and funding and capital requirements  - Develop and implement liquidity and stress testing models  - Size and manage the firm's liquidity pool  - Manage various secured and unsecured funding programs, such as repo funding, term bonds, and bank deposits, in partnership with the Securities Division   - Manage and optimize firm / customer inventory and derivatives collateral  - Optimize the level and composition of the firm's capital base relative to its risk profile.  We would be interested in a tenured candidate with over 10 plus year of experience with majority of experience in the relevant area.  Kindly note the client is a MNC Bank, hence the geographical coverage would be global not just the Local market.
