Vice President Trade Operations - (Head in Trade Finance Operations)  Company: Leading private sector bank in India  Location : Delhi /NCR  Experience 14-16 years  Salary 15-20 Lakhs  Education: MBA from Top ranked colleges preferred  Certifications: In trade finance   Job Responsibilities:  - Supervise and Ensure Error Free Transactions and Entries in system  - Authorization/ Scrutinizing of Foreign Documentary Letter of Credits ( Foreign/ Inland) .  - Authorization / Scrutinizing of Negotiation of Documents under L/C ( Foreign/ Inland).  - Authorization of Import Bills and Export Bills.  - Authorization of Collection Inward and Outward Bills Inland.  - Authorization of Inward and Outward Remittances.  - Checking of R-Return in every fort night.   - Planning & coordinating effectively across functions.  - Monitoring & Reconciliation of Office Accounts as per Bank Guidelines.  - Ensure Compliance with Banking rules, FEMA, ISBP, UCPDC, URR, URC, Regulations & Procedures.   - Provide Training to Operational Staff in Branch and other Business Groups for upgrading skills by imparting structure knowledge in Operations in Location training tools in area of Trade Finance.
