- Developing and producing communication campaigns which support key priorities supporting the Services and overall strategies   - Planning, leveraging and executing the Services executives- visibility agenda by effectively contributing to different communications channels, for example intranet, Facebook@Work, physical branding, video  - Mastering the use of innovative communications channels, including social media, video and animation, to influence and improve employee engagement  - First class writing skills - able to write creative and engaging messages, news stories and presentations  - Working closely with the wider Communications & Marketing functions to successfully manage and execute major events and campaigns  - Managing relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure project/communication plans are delivered on time and within budget  - Act as a primary point of contact for India senior leaders; develop support communications campaigns that focus on employee engagement, wellbeing, change and learning and development.
