Our client is one of the worlds largest Digital Marketing firms  The role is in Bangalore- with the following Responsibilities  - Build, manage and retain a highly motivated team skilled in strategy, brand planning, data design, analytics, creatives and research  - Drive the creation of outstanding deliverables around website analytics, customer segmentation, survey design and analysis, media mix analysis and brand research  - Own proposals/pitches start-to-finish including leading creative brainstorms, writing proposals, directing the visuals and incorporating compelling, insight-driven storytelling  - Understand the client's business, develop innovative approaches and package deliverables in a compelling manner that articulates their business value and impact  - Clearly define project deliverables, timelines, measurement strategies and dependencies for the team, internal stakeholders and clients  - Partner with internal stakeholders & clients to identify opportunities for business growth and development across new and existing accounts  Person Profile  - Dynamic and innovative digital marketer with strong research exposure, robust analytical skills and significant business acumen  - A subject matter expertise in domains such as mobile, performance marketing, ecommerce, web analytics, social and digital ecosystem  - Working relationships with social platforms and partners and understanding of the paid media environment  - Ability to interpret data and research into solid insights and custom program recommendations  - Proven success in developing great ideas / concepts that forge strong emotional connect between brand and consumer in the digital space  - Deep understanding of the latest digital and marketing tech trends  - Demonstrated ability to build relationships, both internally and with clients  - Experience managing multiple direct reports and developing a team  - 15+ years of work experience in the advertising, consumer research or consulting industries
