Job Summary : (Briefly summarize the primary purpose of this job using no more than 4 sentences) - To provide Leadership, Coordination & Strategic Direction to the Sales & Distribution functions of Retail Domestic Business

- To be accountable for the primary and secondary sales with an objective of achieving the targeted Top &Bottom line.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Financial :

- To Achieve Sales Target - All Channels

Operational :

- Involved in setting up a multilevel distribution channel across India

- Distribution, Placement and Expansion of selling network as per the selling structure

- Overlooking Receivables management & Cost control.

- Strategizing and Planning booking conferences

- Will be actively involved in sales promotions and new collection launch

- Will provide inputs to the design team

- Setting & implementing minimum booking norms for Distributors and other channel partners

- Finding new prospects for showrooms & getting old showrooms to invest for renovation

- Keeping team motivated towards performing as well as keeping attrition rates to the minimum

- Getting internal team members to understand the criticality of customer-orientation

- Striking balance between short-term sales objectives and long term business protection and growth

People Development :

- Develop Talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support to achieve stretched targets and take leadership position.

- Training and mentoring the sales staff to achieve the set targets

Customer :

- Market analysis and reporting for customer orientation

- To incorporate feedback from the market in the products with help of design team

Key Performance Indicators :

- Revenue

- Profits

- Stock turn
