We are looking for a Vice President - Sales for Pune India Location with Talent Anywhere - Scaale Inc.  Job Description: Vice President - Sales   Mandatory Skills:  - Experience of more than 9 years in Sales/Business Development.  - Having work experience of selling management consulting solutions.  - Experience of creating high performance sales teams in competitive markets, providing goal setting, lead development and sales presentations.  - Global Exposure - Experience of interfacing with clients across diverse geographical regions in an endeavor to grow business within key accounts.  - Experience of cultivating excellent relationships with new prospects and existing customers.  - Experience working on launching companies/services/products.  - Experience in managing and training team.  - Hire and develop sales staff.  - Experience in implementation of strategic plan for establishing brand, sales and operation.  - Leadership qualities and ability to work with other peer leaders in parallel verticals.   - Ability to work in a globally distributed environment through technology and online tools.   - Contract Negotiations  - Budgeting & Forecasting  - Confidence presenting to small and large groups of people.   Key Responsibilities:  - Lead a team of Business Development Managers, Executives, Inside Sales on lead generation, prospecting, account mining & development.  - To be responsible of designing sales plan, research plan, database generation/mining.  - To be single point of contact for the sales operations across globe, and to be responsible for business growth.  - To present periodical reports to senior management on the operations performed of the services offered.  - To communicate a clear, strategic sales vision, effectively training and coaching both existing and new sales team members.  - To plan, manage and Deploy new business strategies for accelerated revenue and new market penetration.  - To create and align the sales process according to the company's vision and culture.  - To be responsible for the overall delivery for the sales activities of Talent Anywhere.   - To provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.   - To prepare budgets and managing sales team to deliver profitable growth.  - To participate in contract negotiations and due diligence.  - To provide domain expertise in establishing specific processes for sales.  - To define sales training programs to enable staff to reach their potential.  - To manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.  - To be responsible for market research which gives a better understanding to the company on the market scenario, competitors & their working strategies, customer need and develop the go to market strategy for the Clients.   - To keep track of customer, market and competitor activities & strategies to ensure the sales revenues doesn't fall.  - To work with the Board to meet the strategic objectives.   Sumeet Bhurewar Corporate Recruiter  Scaale Inc.
