Title : VP - North America (EST Timings)
Timings : 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM
Location : Gurgaon
1. Have exceptionally strong communication skills, both written and verbal
2. Have worked with North American clients
3. Have experience working in sales for deal sizes of 1,000.00 to 100,000.00 USD. (If the experience is only selling low dollar subscriptions or multi-million dollar agreements, they will not fit in this position)
- The VP Sales directs and manages sales and activities in the North America region.
- The VP predominant role will be on recruiting, developing, and managing a high caliber sales team. This role is a member of the management team reporting to the VP, Strategic Engagements and vCIO.
- The successful candidate should be able to close deals with minimal oversight, be willing to call prospects, schedule meetings, and partner with the VP, Strategic Engagements as necessary.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Provide solid leadership to the North American sales team and wider organization
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue goals
- Identify key growth opportunities/ initiatives and build and execute plan around such initiatives
- Act as coach to the Sales team and other team members especially on large enterprise opportunities
- Generate, develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities sufficient to consistently meet and exceed quarterly quota objectives across all lines of business
- Implement and enforce processes
- Manage team performance and cadence
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and consistently meet both budget and committed revenue goal
- Gain and maintain product and competitive knowledge
- Close deals
