A diversified group in Chennai is keen to hire a sales & marketing head for one of its divisions in healthcare domain clocking a revenue of 100+ crores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Profit-Centre Head for a pan-India pharmaceutical division
- Lead a sales & marketing team comprising 300+ members
- Formulate and deploy strategies for consistent Growth and EBIDTA
- Identify opportunities for profitable new product launches
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure success of sales & marketing strategies
- Drive initiative for continuous Salesforce efficiencies
Required Experience / Exposure:
- Worked in established pharmaceutical companies with a good track record of growth, profitability and ethical marketing practices
- Has demonstrated leadership in driving field force productivity, operational discipline, system improvements and expertise in resolving field issues
- Has had a good mix of exposure in sales as well as product management roles
- Proficiency in launching and building new brands in competitive markets
- Has worked in pan-India markets and is willing to travel extensively on a regular basis
- Has to be well-versed in Hindi and English
Would prefer candidates with Gynecology/womencare/infertility product selling experience is preferred. Position is based in CHENNAI.
