About Company : Role is based with Reputed US MNC  Location : Hyderabad  VP Risk and Regulatory Compliance  Responsibilities :   The ideal incumbent would have 14+ years- experience.   - This role is working with the Finance team and working parallel with General Counsel Team.   - Person should know or have exposure and knowledge currently/ in past into Company Law, Corporate Law, Labour Law Like Maternity law, Bonus act, Business law/ Ethics and integrity, Immigration law, Real Estate Law, People act, Statutory Financial Reporting Audit, Financial Regulations, Lease agreements, contracts, should know payroll mechanism, P.F, Gratuity, Compliance, Regulations, Firm's taxes like service tax, Transfer pricing, allocating right components like P.F, Pension, working with RBI for new regulations, Statutory Requirements.   - The person will be responsible for Risk and Regulatory Compliance activities for India.   Requirements :   - 15+ Years Experience  - Qualified Legal Professional/ CA  - Sound knowledge of India Regulatory Framework, Governance Risk/ Compliance, Financial and Regulatory Compliance, Business laws and application/ Regulatory Risk/ Governance.  - Industry Preference- IT companies/ Large MNCs
